My name is Gaya and I’m the co-managing director of Aether! The opportunity to explore the essence of enterprise and attain practical business experience were the main driving factors to partake in Young Enterprise. The process of designing, marketing and selling our own product has been both a rewarding as well as unique experience and the challenges that we were presented with this year simply motivated us only to work harder. Outside of Young Enterprise, I am an enthusiastic musician, having currently completed Grade 8 in Piano, Clarinet, Western Violin, Saxophone, Veena and Carnatic Violin. Along with this, chess is another one of my interests; I have been the captain of the Herefordshire county chess team as well as had the chance to participate in international competitions. I am extremely grateful and lucky to encounter experiences similar to these which let me develop new skills and abilities, and I’m sure that Young Enterprise will be an even more memorable experience!

Hey, I’m Anaya and I’m the co-managing director of Aether [ ee-ther ]. I signed up for Young Enterprise as I love the prospect of working as a team to create a product, devise innovative marketing strategies and sell our creation to everyone. This experience has allowed me to understand how a business works and has enabled me to develop my communication and leadership skills whilst collaborating with my friends. Aside from YE, I am in my element in nature, whether it be hiking up a mountain or playing sports. I also love playing the guitar and acting on stage. Although we have faced many challenges, I am so proud of how much we’ve learnt and how well we’ve worked together as a team. I hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it.

Hi, I’m Yuval and I’m the sales director for our Young Enterprise team. I’m currently taking Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Spanish, History, and English for IB and want to study Physics next year at uni. I also enjoy playing the piano, skiing and debating and like to tutor in my free time. My dad works in finance and so I’d love to do something similar later on in life too. I’m so excited to share our great product and hope you all love it as much as we do!

Hi I'm Elisa and I'm part of Aether's sales team. I'm so glad to finally be a part of of Young Enterprise team, as I've been wanting to join since I found out about this opportunity a few years ago. This activity is very difference to my natural interests, but it's amazing how it's helped me gain experience that will be useful for my future. I've really enjoyed being part of this company with such creative and fun girls, and be able to create together such a special and meaningful product.

Hey, I'm Anika and I'm part of the sales team in Aether. Young Enterprise drew me in due to the business experience that I would gain, as well as an overall understanding of how entrepreneurship works. Hi I’m Tahmina and I am a member of Aether’s marketing team. I am really excited to be participating in Young Enterprise this year and working with a team of other motivated individuals to ultimately create the shared vision we all have of jewellery which empowers the wearer, looks aesthetically beautiful, and make for wonderful gifts. I am really interested in communications within marketing and putting ideas across creatively, in an eye catching way as well as a variety of forms. Hi, my name is Lucy and I’m part of the Young enterprise team Aether! I’ve been really enjoying my roles in the marketing and production of our product and I can’t wait for you all to see it! It’s been great working with so many creative people and learning key skills in how to run your own enterprise and I’m sure I’ll remember it for years to come.

Hey! I am Ria and I am extremely excited to be a part of the Young Enterprise process as it has always been something I have been interested in taking part in. So far it has been a very enjoyable experience to witness the progess we have made and see our product essentially come to life. Aside from Young Enterprise, I enjoy playing the piano, guitar, public speaking, watching football and taking part in political and environmental activism. Hi, I’m Nicola and I am part of Aether’s marketing team! I chose to take part in Young Enterprise because I wanted the chance to work with a team and be a part of the business process from start to finish. I also enjoy brainstorming and working with my team to come up with creative and unique ideas to market and publicise our product. In just a few months, Young Enterprise has taught me so much about the inner workings of a business and how the sales, finance, marketing and operations teams all play a crucial role in reaching our end goal, and I can’t wait for us to start selling our product!

I’m Lathikah and I am a part of the administrations team of our Young Enterprise group. I decided to join Young Enterprise, as it seemed like such a great opportunity to develop essential skills like communication, analytical and teamwork skills. I have already learnt a lot from working collaboratively with the rest of my team. I was also very intrigued with the process of developing and making a product and so far, it has been a really exciting experience. Aside from Young Enterprise, I enjoy singing and playing the piano. Hi, my name is Keira and I am Operations Manager and a member of the Marketing Team for Aether. I'm very excited to be taking part in Young Enterprise this year and learning to work as a team to run our business, despite the obvious challenges we are facing. Outside of Young Enterprise, my hobbies include music as a Grade 8 flute player, and drama; you may have seen me in several school plays before. I can't wait to show you our product!

Hi, I’m Anoushka - the finance co-director. I wanted to do young enterprise to gain experience and see what it was like operating a real business; it’s been a great learning curve so far! I’ve really enjoyed working on our beautiful product, and I hope we can help you find your element.

My name is Sumayya Manji. I’m a Co-Director of the Finance Team. As someone who loves finance and economics, I’ve really enjoyed and benefited from this role, learning many business skills that are greatly valuable for the future. I chose to take part in Young Enterprise this year, because I’m eager to learn more about how businesses work, how to carry out cashflow calculations, and just simply, to boost my creativity and administration skills. What I’m most excited about is co-leading the Aether Quiz Night - definitely come check it out! Finally, in terms of hobbies, I love volunteering at my local place of worship and with the Junior School, spending time with family and going on walks.

Hi, my name is Justine, and I am part of the Finance Team for Aether! Outside of Young Enterprise, I am a keen sportswoman and musician; a member of England lacrosse, England Netball Elite programmes, and a viola, bassoon, and piano player. I chose to participate in Young Enterprise because I am really eager to delve into the world of work that I have not experienced before. I am looking forward to gaining lots of new work skills, knowledge, problem-solving skills, resilience, and confidence. Being part of the Finance Team, I am incredibly excited to learn more about the fundamental financial skills essential to my future and effectively use the organisational and analytical skills I have already gained.

I'm Mary and I'm part of the IT team for Aether. I signed up for Young Enterprise as not only does developing a product together in a team sound fun, but also useful to learn more about business. The IT team has been working on developing online resources such as websites for marketing purposes, which I have found to be a great experience, as it has given me more experience with technology and graphic design. I enjoy creating art in my spare time, so I have been able to use my past experiences with digital software to think about design choices more creatively and enhance user experience.

I'm Thaleesha and I'm part of the Aether IT group. I signed up for Young Enterprise since it seemed like a great opportunity to gain more experience with business and working as a team. I find the elemental theme of our product especially interesting, and the IT group has been working on creating platforms on which we can give people more information about who we are and why our products are unique. So far, being able to help with tasks such as designing the website has already given me more experience with technology and its role in marketing, so I'm definitely glad I signed up!
